About the products

Kešidov products are made in manual workshop in Croatia, in small, limited series. Production is nature-friendly and most of the waste is recycled. Certain parts of the items are made from recycled fabrics while ensuring quality standards of production. All production takes place in terms of ethically correct working and business processes.
We try to use natural materials, but that does not mean we don't use artificial materials now and then, especially as a substitute for the skin, feather and fur. Functionality is the primary feature Kešidov products. Therefore, we welcome all your comments, which can help us improve the quality and usability of handbags, clothes and other items. Note that the colors of the products on the screen and in reality are not (and can not be) completely identical.

Shipping and delivery

All ordered goods are sent in short period (1-4 days, max. 10) and they should arrive one to five days after that for all orders within Europe. Shipping is free for deliveries in Croatia. For other countries, shipping varies depending on location. The price of shipping is visible in shopping cart, after specifying order destination.
The countries outside of EU may also impose taxes and custom duties according to its laws for trade with EU. All Kešidov products are preferentially of Croatian (EU) origin.

Complaints and Returns

The buyer has the right on reclamation and exchange or return of purchased items within 30 days of receipt of goods. Items needed to be returned undamaged to us within this period. The buyer pays for return postage. All valid Croatian and EU laws and regulations, especially the Consumer Protection Act, apply here. We understand that watching clothes on the screen is quite different from meeting it in person. But then again, almost everybody is pleasantly surprised :-).

Privacy and Security

We agree to protect customers' personal data in a way that we collect only basic data necessary to fulfill our obligations, and at any time we can inform you about their use. All information is strictly confidential and available only to employees who need such information to perform their job. All employees of Kešidov web shop and our business partners are responsible for respecting this privacy policy.
